Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Saanjh outfit. If the size does not fit, you can exchange it within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Delivery charges for size exchanges are paid by the customer.

Refund Policy

If you receive an item with a stitching or quality issue, you are eligible for a refund.

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the issue as proof, along with your order number.
• Once we verify the issue, we will arrange the return and process your refund.

Size issues are not eligible for a refund. They are handled through exchange only.
